Preparing for Your Session

Your Solaflow session is designed to help your body return to its natural flow — a space to release, reset, and restore. To ensure you receive the most from your treatment, here’s how to prepare:

  • Hydrate Well

    Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your session to support your lymphatic system and assist in detoxification.

  • Eat Lightly

    Avoid heavy meals at least 1–2 hours prior to your treatment. A light snack is fine if needed.

  • Limit Alcohol & Caffeine

    Avoid alcohol the day before your treatment and limit caffeine the day of for best results.

  • Arrive Clean & Jewelry-Free

    Please shower before your appointment and remove all jewelry to allow for full-body access and optimal energy flow. Kindly refrain from wearing any fragranced perfumes, oils, or lotions, as they can interfere with the detoxification process and may trigger allergic reactions on my end.

  • Wear Loose, Comfortable Clothing

    You may feel tender post-treatment, so soft, breathable clothes are recommended.

  • Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early (In-Office)

    This gives you time to settle in, complete any last details, and begin your session feeling relaxed and grounded.

  • Complete Intake Forms

    All new clients must fill out their digital intake and consent forms at least 24 hours prior to their appointment.

  • Detox Symptoms Are Normal

    You may experience mild detox reactions such as fatigue, thirst, or a headache. It’s also common to notice accelerated digestion — frequent urination and bowel movements are natural signs your body is clearing waste and restoring balance.
