Lymphatic Flow Massage
-
Lymphatic Flow Massage is a manual lymphatic drainage (MLD)-based treatment designed to support your body’s internal cleansing system—clearing stagnant fluid, reducing inflammation, and enhancing overall wellness.
Using slow, rhythmic strokes, this session stimulates the flow of lymph through the vessels and nodes, helping to relieve puffiness, improve circulation, and restore a sense of lightness in the body.
While anyone can benefit from this treatment—especially those feeling swollen, fatigued, or inflamed—it is especially supportive before and after surgery, where the lymphatic system is often compromised or overwhelmed
-
This treatment is ideal for anyone seeking to reduce swelling, support detoxification, and restore balance. It’s especially beneficial for:
Post-surgical recovery (including cosmetic and orthopedic procedures)
Chronic bloating, puffiness, or fluid retention
Autoimmune or inflammation-related concerns
Those seeking deep relaxation and nervous system reset
Whether you’re healing or simply feeling stuck, this gentle, restorative treatment helps you feel lighter, clearer, and more in flow.
-
Each session begins with a brief intake to assess your current health, post-surgical status (if applicable), and any specific concerns. This allows me to tailor the treatment to your body’s unique needs and ensure safe, effective results.
The massage starts by gently stimulating the body’s main lymphatic nodes to open pathways for optimal drainage. Using light pressure and high-quality oils, I perform a full-body lymphatic massage to mobilize stagnant lymphatic fluid and support your body’s natural detoxification process.
Many clients experience reduced swelling, improved circulation, and a sense of internal reset. If abdominal massage is included, it can also activate digestion—leading to more frequent elimination post-treatment.
To support your results, I recommend drinking plenty of water and allowing time to rest after your session.
-
Each treatment is tailored to your unique needs and includes time for thoughtful intake, hands-on bodywork, and integration.
60-Minute Treatment – $165
90-Minute Treatment – $225
120-Minute Treatment – $285

Pre-surgical lymphatic massage is a gentle yet powerful way to prepare the body for surgery by supporting the lymphatic system and optimizing tissue health. This treatment focuses on stimulating lymph flow, reducing fluid retention, and enhancing circulation, which can help create a cleaner surgical field and support more efficient healing post-procedure.
By clearing stagnation and encouraging detoxification ahead of time, the body enters surgery in a more balanced, resilient state. Sessions are customized based on your upcoming procedure and specific needs.
-
Reduced pre-surgical swelling and inflammation
Improved tissue hydration and circulation
Enhanced immune function
Faster post-surgical recovery outcomes
Decreased risk of fluid buildup and complications
Promotes a calm, grounded nervous system before surgery
Preparing your body in this way can lead to less bruising, better results, and a smoother healing journey overall.
-
Post-surgical lymphatic massage is a specialized technique designed to support the body’s healing process after cosmetic or medically necessary procedures. Using gentle, rhythmic strokes and targeted drainage techniques, this treatment helps to reduce swelling, minimize bruising, and prevent fluid buildup (seromas).
Each session begins with a brief intake to assess your healing stage and ensure your treatment is safe and aligned with your doctor’s guidelines. Extra care is taken around incision sites, and only cleared areas are worked on directly.
-
Accelerated reduction of swelling and bruising
Prevention of fibrosis and scar tissue buildup
Improved circulation and tissue regeneration
Support for healthy lymphatic flow and immune response
Reduced discomfort and enhanced overall recovery
Encourages relaxation and nervous system regulation during healing
This gentle yet effective approach helps the body detox, restore balance, and recover with greater ease and comfort.
Myofascial Release & Flow Massage
-
This deeply therapeutic session blends myofascial release techniques with intuitive, flowing bodywork to help soften restriction, relieve pain, and restore natural alignment throughout the body.
Using slow, sustained pressure and gentle fascial stretching, this treatment targets the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, and organ. Over time—whether from stress, injury, surgery, or emotional holding—fascia can become tight or bound, leading to pain, poor posture, or limited range of motion.
Myofascial Release & Flow Massage is designed to unwind those patterns, creating space for you to move more freely, breathe more deeply, and feel more at home in your body.
-
This treatment is designed for anyone experiencing physical tension, chronic pain, or structural imbalance—and especially those who want more than surface-level relief.
Myofascial Release & Flow Massage is ideal for:
Individuals with chronic neck, shoulder, or back pain
Those healing from injuries, overuse, or postural strain
Clients experiencing restricted movement or stiffness
Anyone feeling “stuck” in their body or holding long-term tension
People recovering from scar tissue, surgeries, or repetitive motion patterns
Athletes or active individuals seeking fascial mobility and balance
Clients wanting deeper relief—without force or excessive pressure
This session supports both structural alignment and nervous system calm, making it a powerful choice for those looking to feel freer, lighter, and more connected to their body.
-
Each session begins with a short intake to assess your areas of pain, tension, or restriction so the treatment can be tailored to your body’s unique structural needs.
Using slow, sustained pressure and targeted techniques, I work through the fascial layers to release adhesions, unwind holding patterns, and restore mobility. This treatment is oil-based and deeply intentional—focusing on alignment, balance, and long-term relief rather than quick fixes.
You may experience a deep sense of release during or after the session, as both physical and energetic tension is addressed. Some areas may feel tender or activated as stuck tissue begins to soften, and you’ll likely notice improved range of motion and ease in your body’s natural flow.
Hydration and rest are encouraged after your session to support integration and continued release.
