The Heart and Sol
Hi, I’m Heather McCue—Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of Solaflow Bodywork. I specialize in lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and nervous system-focused treatments, blending clinical skill with intuitive, calming care.
Born and raised in Santa Barbara by two bodywork therapists, I’ve been immersed in healing work my whole life. I trained at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics and have 10 years of hands-on experience supporting clients through recovery, relief, and reconnection with their bodies.
Every session is tailored, thoughtful, and rooted in the belief that healing happens best when the body feels safe, supported, and seen.
